On 16th February 2023, the eve of London Fashion Week opening, with Changing Markets Foundation and Wildlight, Clean Up Kenya released Trashion, The stealth export of waste plastic clothes to Kenya, a report and documentary. This report and documentary reveals how the United Kingdom and European Union are shipping millions of junk plastic waste clothing to Kenya disguised as second hand clothing in contravention of international law.
